Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. Please note that during high-volume periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We operate from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Italy: 3-5 business days.

• Europe: 5-7 business days.

• International (Rest of World): 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking Once your order has left our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

Taxes and Duties For all orders shipped within the European Union (EU), taxes and duties are included in the product price. For orders shipped outside the EU (Extra-EU): Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by the destination country. Pagano Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you experience any issues with the delivery, please contact our Client Services at info@paganostudio.com. We will investigate with the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
